We are

assets, carrying out the duties that would regularly
be undertaken by the owner, providing our efficiency
guaranty. Our services may include from finding
tenants, preparing leasing and sub-leasing contracts,
collection of monthly rents, payment of utilities
and taxes, as well as any maintenance, repair, or
improvement work needed by the real state asset.
A. Promotion
Based on a TEMPORARY EXCLUSIVITY CONTRACT, we manage to find a tenant(s) and
guarantor(s), and carry on a thorough investigation, resulting in a valuable
report on their behavior, which serves as reference for the owner prior to the
execution of the contract.
B. Administration
We administer on an indefinite basis your real estate, by means of an
ADMINISTRATIVE POWER OF ATTORNEY, and with our effective and implemented
organization, we collect monthly the corresponding rent which, at your
convenience, we may deposit in a bank account of your choice, and also at your
choice, we may take care of the payment of utilities, taxes, and duties,
avoiding annoying contact with the tenants.
C. Guarantee
By means of the ADMINISTRATIVE POWER OF ATTORNEY WITH GUARANTEED RENT, we manage
your real state for an indefinite period, fully guarantying the timely payment
of the rent, either the tenant has paid or not. At your convenience, we also
handle the payment of utilities, taxes and duties, avoiding annoying contact
with the tenants.

Collection
Recovery of due rents or administration of portfolio of assets previously rented,
by means of certified letter authorizing us to undertake this collection.
